65 year old, Diabetic, Hypertensive, obese lady presented with short neck presented with 15 X 8 cm follicular neoplasm of thyroid. Total thyroidectomy with central compartment clearance done. Patient had transient hypocalcemia, otherwise uneventful recovery.
